Electronic Notices and Alerts

Madison Credit Union offers a variety of electronic notices and eAlerts to help you monitor your accounts. Electronic notices and eAlerts are free, easy, and convenient. You can quickly and easily sign-up for the alerts and notices that you need from the convenience of you home computer or smart phone.

eAlerts

Sign up for eAlerts to know when:

 

  • your account balance is over or under a certain amount
  • an ACH deposit or withdrawal occurs
  • a loan payment is due

You can choose to receive the alerts via e-mail, text messages, or within the Secure Message Center in online banking.To sign-up, log in to Its’ Me 247 Online Banking. Under Info Center, choose eAlert Subscriptions.

 

The e-mail alerts are free. If you elect to receive text messages, standard text message and data rates assessed by your mobile carrier may apply

eNotices

Sign up for eNotices to receive credit union notices in It’s Me 247 Online Banking Secure Message Center rather than mailed via the U.S. Postal Service. eNotices are faster and more secure than mailed notices. They include:

 

  • Delinquent Loan Notice
  • NSF Notice
  • ATM/Debit Transfers & Overdrafts Notice
  • Certificate Maturity Notice
  • Payment Change Notice

To sign-up, log in to Its’ Me 247 Online Banking. Under Info Center, choose eNotice Subscriptions.

 

The eNotices are free. You have the option to receive an e-mail or text message alerting you if an eNotice has been sent to the Secure Message Center. If you elect to receive text messages, standard text message and data rates assessed by your mobile carrier may apply.

 

Debit Card Alerts

Sign up to receive a text message or e-mail when your debit card is used. Set custom alerts for transaction types and dollar amounts for:

 

  • Purchases over a selected amount
  • International purchases
  • Online purchases
  • Declined purchases

You may change your alert preferences at any time. You can sign up by visiting Madison Credit Union’s Debit Card Alert Online Registration page. The e-mail alerts are free. If you elect to receive text messages, standard text message and data rates assessed by your mobile carrier may apply.
