Online Banking Login for the First Time
Welcome to Online Banking! Once you have asked to set up online banking you will have 24 hours to login for the first time. This helps prevent unauthorized users from accessing your account.
To get started, look for the Online Banking Login button in our menu bar. As a first-time user, your Username = your account number and your Password = the last four digits of your social security number. Remember this password is good for only 24 hours. If 24 hours has passed then call us at 608-266-4750 to reset your password.
You will then be asked 3 security questions and to choose a new password. Then you are ready go! Once fully logged in, head to the photo icon to the top right of the page and choose Personal Info & Settings to upload a photo of yourself, change your username, security questions or password.

Lose your debit card or credit card?
If you have a lost or stolen debit card and the mobile app, you can easily turn the card off until you find it or report it missing/stolen. To report it missing or stolen call us at (608) 266-4750 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. To learn how to turn your debit card on/off click here.

To login at Checks for Less, you need your checking account number and the next check start number.
To login at Harland-Clarke you will need the MCU routing number (275978721), your account number and your zip code.
Update My Information
Did you move to a new address or change your phone number? Call us at (608) 266-4750 and we can update all of that information for you.
Want to change your username, password or security questions? Login to online banking or our mobile and click your round profile picture at the top right of the page. There you can update your login preferences, your eAlert Subscriptions and more.
