Lobby Services Update

Dear Members,
Thank you for your patience the last two months with the temporary suspension of our lobby services. Our lobby will remain closed at least through Phase One of the Forward Dane Reopening Plan. We want to ensure that the health and safety of both our members and our employees is our first priority. We also need to be sure that we are able to comply with the social distancing and limited capacity requirements of the current plan.
We will continue to provide services through our drive-up. Our current hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm and Saturday 9am – 12 pm. Through the drive-up, we are able to assist you with transactions as well as debit card issues, account opening, check reorders and other services. Please feel free to call us with questions about your account, to talk to a loan officer, for financial assistance, or to set up an appointment to close a loan.
We encourage you to continue to use our convenient electronic services during this time. These services include online banking, mobile app, bill pay, check deposit through the mobile app, and ATMs.
To start, there may be a period of time when in-person lobby service is limited to appointments only. When our lobby does fully reopen, you can expect to see several changes, including:
- Protective shields and barriers on the teller line.
- Social distancing markers and signs will be in place.
- The lobby will be smaller and seating areas will be removed.
- Additional cleaning and disinfecting will be done throughout the day.
Updates will be posted on our website and social media as we move closer to reopening our lobby and specific dates are set. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time as we work to balance reopening our lobby with keeping our employees, members and their families safe and healthy.
